  • What amenities are available at Chugach Naswik Suites?

    Our hotel offers a range of amenities including 24-hour check-in, free WiFi, a fitness center, and a coffee shop. Each suite features stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen, and queen bed.

  • Is parking available at the hotel?

    Yes, we provide complimentary parking for all our guests. You can easily access your vehicle at any time during your stay.
  • Are pets allowed at Chugach Naswik Suites?

    Pets are not allowed on the property. However, service animals are welcome with proper documentation.

  • What is the check-in and check-out process?

    Pre-check-in is available 24/7 using our contactless check-in process. 


    You can also stop by the front desk during our office hours. 


    Check-out is also simple! Drop your key in the card return on your way out or complete our digital check-out form to notify us that you have vacated your suite. 

  • Do you offer any special packages or discounts?

    Yes, we offer special discounts for various groups and affiliations. Please check our website or contact our front desk for the latest offers and qualifications.

  • I don’t see any doors on the RemoteLock app, what do I do

    You will not see any doors until you are on the property. Our locks are proximity locks, meaning they only show up when you are near them. 

  • I don’t see my room on the RemoteLock app?

    Our locks are proximity locks which means you need to be close to the locks for them to show up. Please refresh your app by dragging down from the top of your phone screen when you are in front of a door you would like to open.


  • Where do I find the WIFI information?

    The WIFI information along with other important tips and tricks and a copy of hotel policies are all located on the guest portal link. You can scan the QR code for this on the card given to you at check-in or on the counter in the lobby. There is also WIFI information on a tabletop tent in each suite.

  • What do I do if I get there and I can’t get into the building/ my room?

    We've prepared for this! 


    There is an after hours number located at the front door as well as the front desk that goes directly to our on call staff. We can assist you over the phone and will come to you if needed. 


  • Do you allow Tax Exempt reservations?

    Yes we do. You must complete the tax exempt form for each reservation in order for the bed tax to be removed. 

  • Do you offer long term accommodations?

    Currently we don’t offer long term leases to individuals, however, We have what we refer to as the 10+ Day Agreement which is a discounted rate of $50 a day off the seasonal standard rate. There is a minimum requirement of 10 Nights and reservations cannot exceed 31 consecutive nights. Guests can make back to back 10+ Day reservations but must complete the 10+ Day Agreement for each reservation. 10+ Day agreements are non-refundable.


  • Does the hotel allow direct billing?

    All Direct Billing questions must be coordinated through the general manager. To find out if you are eligible to use direct billing please email Samantha at samantha.burke@naswik.com or frontdesk@naswik.com with Attention to Samanatha and the subject line as “Direct Bill”.


  • What methods or payment can I use to pay for my room?

    Our booking software can process all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. If you have a specific payment question please reach out to the front desk. 

  • Where is the guest laundry/ fitness room?

    The Guest Laundry and Fitness Room are located on the 3rd floor. The guest laundry accepts all major credit cards. 

  • Do I need to login to the RemoteLock app, it’s asking me for login information?

    We send a text before 4pm on the arrival day with a guest mobile access instructions. Guests must put their email into the app to login, it may ask to send a security code to the email on file.


  • Is Naswik Suites family friendly?

    Yes! 

    We love having families stay with us. We even have a pack and play availble (based on availability) for families who are traveling with small children. Our full kitchens make it even easier for families who are visiting and may want to be able to prepare meals in the comfort of their suite.

  • Is Chugach Naswik Suites the newest place to stay in Valdez?

    Chugach Naswik Suites opened it's doors in September of 2024, making it the newest hotel accomodations available in Valdez.
