Chugach Naswik Rules and Regulations

  1. Arrivals and Departures:
  • Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk to inquire on availability. By making a reservation you are agreeing to use the keyless entry feature which may require downloading a free app to access the property. If you require a physical entry key please ensure arrival during staffed hours. Our front desk is manned from 8 AM to 5 PM daily. To contact the general manager after hours please call 907-835-4000. 
  1. Reservation Policy:
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required per reservation. The person whose name is on the reservation must be present.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Guests must adhere to the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking to avoid charges. Full Charge - Full Stay if canceled on the day of arrival. Partial Change - First Nights Stay if canceled within 1 day of arrival. No Charge if canceled within 2 days of arrival. Cancelation fees are subject to change based on the situation under which the reservation was canceled. Please contact the front desk if you have questions.
  1. Payment:
  • All major credit cards are accepted. Cash payments may require a valid credit card on file. Payment for the entire stay, including taxes and fees, is required at check-in.
  1. Age Requirement:
  • Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
  1. Occupancy Limits:
  • The maximum occupancy for each room type is 2 for Studio Rooms and 4 for 2 bedroom Suites. 
  1. Quiet Hours:
  • Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during this period.
  1. No Smoking Policy:
  • We are proud to be a smoke-free building. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and balconies this includes vapes, tobacco, cannabis and all other variations of such. A designated smoking area is provided outside near the side exit. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas. 
  1. Pet Policy:
  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Service animals are exempt from this policy. Please contact the front desk to provide proper documentation for service animals prior to your arrival.
  1. Damages and Theft:
  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost.
  1. Guest Conduct:
  • Disruptive or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund if their conduct is deemed unacceptable.
  1. Facility Access:
  • Certain areas or amenities may have restricted access or specific hours. Please adhere to posted signs and guidelines.
  1. Lost and Found:
  • Chugach Naswik, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure valuables, and report any lost items to the front desk. Found items can be mailed for the cost of shipping.
  1. Emergency Procedures:
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. In case of an emergency, contact the front desk or dial 911.
  1. Compliance with Laws:
  • Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
